I thank you so very much for your kindness & superior help. The flower I had ordered was not in bloom, so you called to let me know. I thought that was wonderful, then suggested the Flowering Kalanchoe. I was unable to attend the funeral. My daughter informed me that the flowering plant was beautiful. To top it off, we found out about the funeral the day before the funeral. (a Sunday) I am very grateful for your service. I will certainly use your shop again. THANK YOU!!!

My husband uses Terri's when he sends me flowers. He is currently deployed and the first time he sent me flowers, he used another company and the flowers were so bad, I had to call and complain. Since he started using Terri's, I have never had a problem. My flowers are always fresh and beautiful. Thank you so much for caring what your customers get. With my husband being deployed, they are so much more than "just" flowers.

When I ordered the ivy basket (for my former spouse's funeral) I received a phone call telling me that the basket I had ordered was not available but she would certainly take care of providing something equally as nice. The delivery person had already left for the day and she said she would personally deliver the flowers to the funeral home that night on her way home!!! She went above and beyond to make sure my former Mother in Law got a rememberance from me. If the occasion ever presented itself in that area, I would certanly call on her shop again!!

The flowers were delivered quickly and they were more beautiful than the picture depicted. I was very very pleased with the arrangement.

I have made several purchases from Terri's over the years. I am always impressed with how quickly they are arranged and delivered. That helps because I always forget the special occasion until the last minute.
